Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery: We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Germany: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold — check our website for current promotions.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
Failed delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@prioont.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Risk of loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product by the carrier.
